Our US section was born from founder Nina Sharma’s two-year culinary journey across the United States, where she trained in bakeries from New York City to San Francisco, absorbing regional techniques, family recipes, and the philosophy that a truly great baked good should feel like a warm hug. She returned to India with a notebook full of recipes, a head full of ideas, and an unshakeable mission: to recreate those authentic American flavours in Gurugaon without compromise.

Our American-inspired menu is a carefully curated celebration of the classics, each item made fresh daily in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
New York-Style Cheesecake — Dense, creamy, and impossibly smooth, our signature cheesecake is built on a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with a seasonal fruit compote. It is as close to the real thing as you will find outside of Manhattan.
Classic American Chocolate Chip Cookies — Crisp at the edges, soft and gooey at the centre, loaded with premium dark chocolate chips. These are the cookies people close their eyes for.
Red Velvet Layer Cake — Three towering layers of tender red velvet sponge, filled and frosted with our house-made cream cheese frosting. A Southern American icon, done with full commitment.
Banana Bread Loaf — Moist, fragrant, and packed with ripe bananas and a hint of cinnamon. Perfect with your morning coffee or afternoon chai.
